Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged or defective items.
Eligible cases include fabric damage, printing issues, stitching defects, or stains that cannot be removed.
Replacement orders are shipped without additional delivery charges.
If there is a price difference between products, the remaining balance will either be collected or refunded within 48 hours through a bank transfer or electronic wallet.
Refund requests without replacement are processed within 48 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Products may also be returned within 14 days from the shipping date, with return shipping fees covered by the customer.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for any new shipping fees and applicable price differences.
