Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
• Shipping fees are already included in your invoice total.
• You may inspect your order upon delivery before accepting it.
• If you decide not to receive the order after inspection, only the delivery charges will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged or defective items.
• Eligible cases include fabric damage, printing issues, stitching defects, or stains that cannot be removed.
• Replacement orders are shipped without additional delivery charges.
• If there is a price difference between products, the remaining balance will either be collected or refunded within 48 hours through a bank transfer or electronic wallet.
• Refund requests without replacement are processed within 48 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Products may also be returned within 14 days from the shipping date, with return shipping fees covered by the customer.
• For exchanges, customers are responsible for any new shipping fees and applicable price differences.
